Creativity and workflows are my jam! I specialize in transforming big dreams (and Pinterest Boards lol) into perfectly executed realities—seamlessly blending innovative designs with strategic event planning. From the earliest brainstorming sessions to the final moments of an event, I thrive on crafting immersive experiences that leave lasting impressions.
Every event tells a unique story, and MY favorite chapter is always the room reveal. Watching my clients step into their vision brought to life? It’s pure magic—it gives me chills every. single. time! From planning the first Elle Nicole weddings over a decade ago to setting the tone for our signature designs today, I’ve remained dedicated to creating exceptional client experiences and beautifully telling their love stories.
But I’m not just about planning and designing—I’ve leaned deeply into workflows and automation to elevate the client experience, allowing our team to truly focus on the uniqueness of each client’s journey and deliver an unmatched level of care and creativity.
When not immersed in event details, I live life to the fullest. I’m a proud wife and boy (and twin!) mom juggling snack requests, date nights, and all the beautiful chaos of motherhood. I’m also a fierce advocate for self-care, a fashionista at heart, and the friend you call when you need real talk and good vibes. Concerts, podcasts, family, and a sprinkle of Beyoncé and ’90s R&B? That’s my happy place.

As the creative strategist behind ENVIVEEvents, I’ve been at the helm of our storytelling and brand evolution since day one. From spearheading rebrands and digital presence to supporting our team’s leadership of signature experiences like #BridalBrunchDC, #TheOfficePartyDC, and #ReadyToWedDC, I thrive on creating vibes that people will remember for years. I bring strategy, storytelling, and intention to building the EN brand and crafting unforgettable experiences.
My role focuses on operations and the big-picture vision of the EN brand, but I occasionally step into planning and event-day execution. My strength lies in seeing the whole story—connecting our team, clients, and their guests through seamless, personal touches. Whether assisting with running the timeline or leading our destination and social celebrations, I approach every event with strategy, creativity, and care.
Catching BTS moments on event days is where I find the magic—those snapshots of hustle, heart, and organized chaos tell a story of teamwork and passion. Meeting clients in person after months of behind-the-scenes planning feels like reconnecting with an old friend, reminding me of the beauty of storytelling and the relationships it builds.
Outside of events, I’m a sneakerhead who lives for travel and floor seats that offer a front-row view of life’s best moments. Once known for hopping on planes to anywhere and everywhere, I now approach travel thoughtfully, drawing inspiration from the experiences and cultures I encounter. A lifelong lover of Hip-Hop, R&B, and Motown, I think in lyrics and show my love through playlists—trust me, they’re curated with care!
I am earning my Doctorate in Organizational Learning, Leadership, and Culture from Penn (#HBCUtoIvyLeague 🙂). What began as a professional goal has evolved into a journey that shapes how I lead, educate, and grow as an entrepreneur!

I’m the backbone of the ENVIVE Events team—the go-to expert for keeping things on track, on time, and flawless. With over 20 years of experience in financial operations, data analysis, and customer service, I’ve perfected the art of bringing structure and strategy to creative chaos.
As the first EN team member outside the partner crew, I’ve made it my mission to set the standard for excellence in everything we do. For over a decade, I’ve managed logistics, directed and supported vendors, and spotted (and fixed!) even the tiniest details others might overlook. I’m a self-proclaimed perfectionist, and when you mix that with my ability to anticipate challenges before they arise, you get an absolute force in event execution.
Whether creating a picture-perfect wedding or running the show for a high-stakes corporate event, my dedication to detail and knack for making magic happen ensures every moment exceeds expectations. Loyal to my core, I’m living proof that brilliance only improves with time—I am genuinely glowing and thriving in my 40+ era!
When I’m not orchestrating magic behind the scenes, you’ll find me being a supermom to my two kids (#PayLyn), catching flights like the jet setter I am, or cheering on my Howard Bison (HU…you know!).
